Who is responsible

Your test answers
Your answers are processed only in your browser to calculate your result. They are not sent to our server and are not stored. When you close or reload the page, they are gone.
If you buy the detailed report
Payment is handled by PayPal. We do not see or store your card details. After payment, our server receives from PayPal and keeps: the order number, the amount, the date and the email address of your PayPal account. We use this email only to send your PDF report and to answer you about this order. The PDF is generated in your browser and sent once to that address; we do not keep a copy.
Legal basis and retention
We process purchase data to perform the sale you requested and to meet accounting obligations. Order records are kept for the period required by law for accounting purposes, then deleted.
Third-party services
To run the site we rely on: Hostinger (hosting), PayPal (payment), Google Fonts (typefaces) and Cloudflare cdnjs (code libraries). Loading fonts and libraries sends your IP address to these providers, as with any website. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools give us aggregated search statistics; they do not identify you.
Cookies
Clarity does not set advertising or tracking cookies and uses no analytics tool. PayPal may set its own cookies when you open its payment window; see the PayPal privacy statement.
Your rights
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to report@claritytrustcheck.com. You may also complain to the CNIL in France (cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority of your country.
