Purpose
These terms govern the use of claritytrustcheck.com and the purchase of the detailed report. By using the site you accept them.
Nature of the service
The test and the report are general self-reflection tools. They do not prove infidelity and are not medical, psychological or legal advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you take. Do not use the service to monitor, harass or accuse another person.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
The detailed report
The detailed report is a digital product sold for 4.99 USD, taxes included where applicable. It is shown on screen as soon as PayPal confirms payment and sent as a PDF to the email address of your PayPal account.
Refunds
Because the report is delivered immediately, you ask for it to be provided at once when you pay. We will still refund you in full if the report was not delivered, if you were charged twice, or if you write to us within 14 days of purchase and are not satisfied. Refunds are made through PayPal.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change the content, price or features; the price shown at the time of payment applies.
Intellectual property
The texts, questions, design and code of the site are protected. You may use your result and report for personal purposes only.
Liability
Within the limits allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the report.
